After all, award season officially kicked off January 5 with the 2025 Golden Globes, held at Los Angeles’ Beverly Hills Hilton.
On Sunday, celebrities slayed the red carpet as they celebrated Hollywood’s biggest night of the year (well, so far). Hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser, the 2025 ceremony saw wickedly good fashion moments from Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, who are up for, respectively, Best Actress in a Motion Picture—Musical or Comedy and Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture—Musical or Comedy for their roles as Elphaba and Glinda.
Plus, Selena Gomez, Zoe Saldana, Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Amy Adams, Kylie Jenner, Sofía Vergara brought their fashion A-game.
“Green is Elphaba’s skin color, but what she wears a lot is black, so I’ve been trying to mess around with the shapes and the structure of different kinds of black dresses,” Erivo exclusively told Zuri Hall on Live From E!: Golden Globes. “We’ve been playing around with it and bringing green in occasionally.”
